WebRTC - Industrial cameras and microphones are not working have Black screen and no audio

With Google Hangout and Skype those following camera and sound card works (they are used in Industrial/Kiosks/Banks) but with Canary and Chrome its not working (AppRTC black screen and no audio)

@Serge: Windows 7  32-bit, (Google Chrome and Canary both was failing). With Google Hangout Plugin was working, without Plugin does not work

@Henrik Andreasson: changed few settings but did not help to get audio from it on Google chrome but same thing was working with Skype

Please file issues in crbug.com with all details you can find. File two separate issues, one for audio and one for video.

OK - This camera was used in ATM machines, they have given me one to test. 

Its very confidential i think, but basically they are available from the link above i shared in my earlier posts
