Dear All,
I would like to consult a basic question. If the peerconnection object has been closed by invoking Close() method, can we change the signalingState from 'closed' to 'stable'? I would be appreciated if this question can be clarified.

See the diagram from the spec: http://w3c.github.io/webrtc-pc/#rtcpeerstate-enum -- no way out of that state.
