WebRTC doesn't pick up Virtual Cameras in Citrix

Hey folks,
I'm creating an app that would take users camera with citrix which citrix has support(works) which then manipule and create a virtual camera that manipulated image (which is fed by citrix camera). It works in Zoom/MS teams(apps are located in citrix). Basically native apps like Windows Camera as well can detect any virtual cams (tried off the shelf solutions as well they all act same)
But in browsers these cameras dont show up only Citrix HDX Webcam shows up. Is there any registry hackery or some plugin that I can develop that would let me pick up other cameras(or change default citrix in webrtc so I could force new virtual camera)
