Cellular ICE Candidates in iOS Safari

I know there is currently a limitation on Safari where cellular candidates are not collected when the device is connected to WiFi. I'm wondering if anyway has had any luck forcing cellular candidates or has a good solution that solves the "walking out the door problem"?

Also, any ideas on how we can bring this up to the iOS dev team and get some attention around it? I feel like this limitation has very little benefit. I'd love to be able to control all of the ICE candidates and forward them to our SFU and try to force libwebrtc to connect to a cellular candidate when WiFi conditions start to deteriorate and vice versa.

If anyone has any examples or solutions I'd love to hear them!
