FFmpeg can not play dumped ivf file(generated by FrameDumpingDecoder) with codec H265

Hi,buddies,

I'm using FrameDumpingDecoder in WebRTC to dump encoded video stream with codec of H265  and try to using ffmpeg to play with the dumpled file,however,

FFmpeg can not play dumped ivf file(generated by FrameDumpingDecoder) with codec H265.

Does anybody know the reason?

1) ivf file can not support H265?

2) or some else?
