Custom H264 Encoder Got Received H.264-IDR frame (SPS: 0, PPS: 0)

Hi !

I'd like to ask is there anybody successfully to use the customized H264 encoder ?

I'm sure my encoder emits the (SPS+PPS+IDR), but the WebRTC only received the SPS+IDR, reporting "Received H.264-IDR frame (SPS: 0, PPS: 0). Treating as key frame since WebRTC-SpsPpsIdrIsH264Keyframe is disabled", sometimes the video freeze at the beginning.

Is there any advice on this ?
