Chrome M27( Dev Channel) WebRTC Release Notes

Hi,

Please find below WebRTC Release Notes for Chrome M27 Dev Channel. We have tried to list the major changes below.

ICE :-

• Issue 882 :- Added support for ICE Lite end points. 
• Issue 979 :- Added support for ICE Restart constraint in CreateOffer.
• Issue 1412:-  Implemented ICE Restart when using BUNDLE.
• RTC ICE state changes:- ICE ongatheringchange is deleted. After ICE completion a callback with a null candidate is supplied. Also onicechange is now oniceconnectionstatechange & RTCIceConnectionState::starting  is now  RTCIceConnectionState::new.

GetUserMedia:- 

• Issue 174357:- Added device selection menus to the content setting bubble on omnibox. 
• Issue 157306:- Applying Audio effects to the input to WebRTC
• Issue 169705:- Added Pulse Audio support in Chrome. Changed the default audio back end to use native pulse.

Peer Connection:- 

• Issue 1445:- Made Opus the default audio codec for WebRTC.
• Issue 1385:- More useful error logging for native peer connection set local/remote session description.
• RTC PeerConnection state changes :- readyState replaced by signalingState. Also onstatechange is now onsignalingstatechange.
