Video quality in getDisplayMedia

Can i know why the recording of the entire screen is of lower quality comparing to recording of the window or tab? How can i improve it ? Does the quality of the recording depends on the os and the cpu??  Thanks in advance

Please file an issue at https://bugs.chromium.org/p/webrtc/issues/list and provide a demo application which shows how you do the recording and possibly also screenshots of different qualities.

Are the window and the screen of the same size? Usually it will come down to the fact that the bigger the size of the video the more bitrate budget you will need to achieve the same quality.
