ice candidate priority for cellular network and wifi network

In mobile phone, ice candidate priority of cellular network is less than the one of wifi network.

Please see the below logs.

The priority for en0:172.30.1.x/24:Wifi is 1686052607.

The priority for pdp_ip0:192.0.0.x/32:Cellular is 1685790463.

STUN pair becomes cellular IP address even though wifi network is available.

Can I configure to get more priority for wifi network?
