chromium - getUserMedia capture screen lock on Windows

I have developed a screen sharing app on electron+chromium and make use of getUserMedia to access live screen share for Windows & Mac.

This  doesn't work for UAC/locked screen on windows. How can i capture locked screen using getUserMedia. I tried running the webrtc app as System User using Nircmd, but i still i am not able to share UAC/Locked Screens.Invoking getUserMedia during Secure Desktop provides only a blank screen.

Can someone advice me on how can i capture locked screen using electron+chromium ?
