Hi,

I build a server to relay the video by libnice, and I am confused about  "rtcp-mux" in SDP.

As "RFC 5761" mentioned ,  "rtcp-mux" in the offer sdp means the answer should send both RTP and RTCP to one port.  And I found the sdp contains "rtcp-mux" in Chrome ,  but the  browser generated both RTP candidate and RTCP candidate (Is it a bug in Chrome ? ).

No, Chrome is behaving as it should:

You might try setting http://w3c.github.io/webrtc-pc/#rtcrtcpmuxpolicy-enum to require since you know that your server will always support rtcp-mux.
