WebRTC Video Call keep getting disconnected every 6-7 mins

We have been using the WebRTC program for our video conference project. We have 3 components. WebRTC, MVC web Project and Database. All three of them are on different server. From the last 2 years it was working perfectly fine. Suddently week ago every 6-7 mins one of the other person video call keep getting disconected. We see other person's pic in meeting but his video getting disconnected.

We already checked and tested our Turn and Stun server all looks perfectly fine. We have little doubut on SignalR data connection or maintaining the session or reconnect after getting disconnection.

But nothing any solid solution. If anyone has any suggestions on this issues please let me know.
