When two of my systems are in same network then the video call works fine in both systems but when i changed network of any one system then no videos showing for remote video of both the systems. N.B : i am using ( 'urls': 'stun:stun.l.google.com:19302' ) stun server , can anyone help me to solve this issue ?

Thanks in advance

Chittaranjan,

I am assuming you're not using a TURN server so don't expect sessions to connect all the time (expect them to fail 20% of the time or so, depending on the use case and users). STUN only get you so far at being able to connect.

While at it, if you're trying to develop a production service, don't use Google's STUN server and don't use "free" TURN servers (this is why: https://bloggeek.me/google-free-turn-server/)

Thanks Tsahi for your response
As i am new to this technology can you help me with any video or blog to create a stun/turn server in windows? and is it sure that my video call is not reflecting over different networks because of the turn server only ?

Chittaranjan,

You can install coturn - https://github.com/coturn/coturn
As you are new, my suggestion though would be to spend a bit of money and just use https://www.twilio.com/stun-turn as a first step. It would reduce a lot of the effort you'll need to spend on setting things up and you can always switch to your own TURN server later.

Regards,
Tsahi
