How to do connect two pc's to same network on webRTC?

I am trying to connect two pc's to same network on webRTC. I am running to my code and i allow to camera and microphone. Then my camera is starting. I press to call key,the second camera is starting. The same image.. I see myself again. In the second camera can see how the other computer on the network? I can not connect with other computers. 

The important thing is to be on the same network.So I will use my own network as the server. Not websocket etc..I supposed to do with code but how? Please help me :/ How to do signaling mechanism?
