Packet loss when running Google Chrome on localhost without logs

When we run our SFU on localhost and connect to it from Google Chrome we are noticing that our SFU sends a lot of NACKs.

This doesn't happen when we run Google Chrome with logs which suggests there is a weird RC causing Chrome to drop RTP packets?

This doesn't happen on Chromium.

Observed on Intel i7-1260p.

Did anyone noticed similar behavior?
