Build Webrtc Code

Can Anyone explain me the steps to follow to check out and build the webrtc Code for Windows 7 OS.

I m bit confused with the one mentioned in http://www.webrtc.org/native-code/development. Also I get few build errors .I m not sure If i m following with right Steps. Can any one post me the steps to get the code and build.

If you want someone to help with build errors it's better if you both explain what you've done and what errors you get (and at what step you get them).
