videos start with lags in webrtc android

I have recently developed an app that establishes a connection to another device using WebRTC. I have managed to receive four video streams through four tracks. videos start with lags and after 4/5 minutes it continues correctly. how can I solve this lag at beginning of my videos?

Of course, one side is an Android connection and the other side is an embedded device
