PSA: inbound-rtp framesPerSecond stat changed behavior

the inbound-rtp framesPerSecond stat specified in

  https://w3c.github.io/webrtc-stats/#dom-rtcinboundrtpstreamstats-framespersecond

was implemented using the received frames, not the decoded frames. This is now fixed

and just landed in M105

 

Usually the difference between those two values should be small so I'm rather curious if anyone will notice even.

Hi, just wondering where the general release notes are published now? For instance, where are the release notes for m105?

for M100 to M103 the answer is simply that they were never published. M105 will come in due time.
