Change ICE username(ice-ufrag) and password(ice-pwd)

Is there any option to change ICE username(ice-ufrag) and password(ice-pwd) from java script. I want to use single username and password pair for a call instead of two( caller and callee will use same ice-ufrag and ice-pwd) 

I think the answer may be "no" still looking for a way to do that.
