Hi All,

Currently there is no API to configure video resolution and bitrate in W3C WebRTC browser api.

But is it possible to configure video parameter i.e. resolution, bitrate and framerate through modifing SDP content?

RTCWEB Resolution Negotiation (draft-alvestrand-rtcweb-resolution-00) mentions about "imageattr". Is it supported in current implementation?

Thanks in advance

Last I read (the last month), it was not supported.

During the last latest Developers Hangout, it was explained they're working on it: the latest spec from the W3C has some new API to add constraints to the media (at least this, not greater than that).

About that hangout -- I missed the hangout, but watched the video afterward.

The questions list contained a question about Opus and Firefox compatibility -- I did not find the answer in the video.  Do you happen to know what is happing with Firefox/iSAC and Chrome/Opus ?

No idea, sorry! But I guess this is going to be one of the topics that will be discussed during the IETF meeting in Vancouver next week. You can check the agenda of the two planned RTCWEB sessions here: http://www.ietf.org/proceedings/84/agenda/agenda-84-rtcweb
