VP9 Scalable video coding (SVC) verification on Chrome browser

Dear Team,

we are testing VP9 SVC on standard chrome browser on windows/Mac Platforms. 

Using webrtc,  in java script set codecs as vp9 with SVC enabled using RTC encode  parameters. 

In RTC Inbound/Outbound RTP streams, only codec information specified i.e. libvpx. 

But whether SVC set or not shown in the statistics. is there a way to check SVC enabled for video encoding/decoding. 

Any tools to verify this. Suggestions are greatly helpful.
