Setting up WebRtc

Hello everyone , 

I am new to WebRtc and i need help to install it on Windows.

Can anyone help me install it and how to use the api with visual studio or any other ide?

Thank you for your quick reply and your time.

I try to follow those steps for about 2 hours now , and i cant get through the step where you execute the glient command during the depot tools installation and im really lost.

Is there any more straightforward guides perhaps? I just want to use the api of webrtc.
