Hi,

I heard today about the official WebRTC and I think demos are nice so first
I wanted to do a check about the working demos and the right stuff for
learning. A demos page pointed was
https://sites.google.com/site/webrtc/running-the-demos#TOC-Demos and from
the above I m interested in the works that uses JS to modify the video, a
few notes:

This demo does not work for me — said loading...
http://miernicki.com/cam.html

This demo takes no snapshots — generates "data:," empty bits for the <img
/>' src attribute.
http://html5-demos.appspot.com/static/getusermedia/photobooth.html

404
http://apprtc.appspot.com/html/face.html

I wonder if you have a very simple demonstration that uses the live webcam
video and pass it to a canvas.

BTW I am using Version 23.0.1271.64

I need to update that page big time. I have received many new demos and links and I am horribly behind. Look for updates next week I hope!

I am interested in collaboration work to help us have a sample that actually works for the scenario

* video live --> canvas and pixel manipulations.

I want to be able to replace this work I did in the past, camcanvas [1] ( Flash WebCam -> JS canvas ) to be video user media -> canvas.

But I am unable, right now, to capture the pixels from the video tag and pass to the canvas — even served from my server. It's not clear if this is a bug against ctx.drawImage or what.

That's nice!

We'll restore the Meetecho WebRTC demo we advertized a few weeks ago on this group, to have it always on for users to play with.
When should we provide you with an address to refer to?

I have two little apps that could serve as demos, one is the test app for my DataChannels polyfill (on the test folder of https://github.com/piranna/DataChannel-polyfill) and another is ShareIt! (https://github.com/piranna/ShareIt), a P2P filesharing webapp that I'm currently developing (http://5apps.com/demos/piranna/ShareIt) :-)
