Can we build libyuv library as a yocto recipe in my project? If yes,  can we get recipe files somewhere?

Sure.  You can download the code here

It should simply work if you compile all the files in source/ and set the include path to include/
For a simple example of a build, look at linux.mk

If your platform is 32 bit ARM based you should enable Neon in the compile flags.

The officially supported build is with chromium's Ninja build, which is BUILD.gn
