libyuv migration to a new issue tracker begins May 30th at 9am (Pacific Time)

Hi all,

Chromium moved over to a new issue tracker earlier this year, the libyuv project will follow and start using the same platform for our new issue tracker.

The migration is on track to begin on May 30th, 2024 at 9am Pacific Time, and we expect that the migration will be completed by the end of the same day. There will be downtime during this period as libyuv’s Monorail project will be marked as read-only. The new libyuv issue tracker will not be available until the migration is completed.
