Peer Review of "immersive" scholarship

Hi all, 

We submitted the Immersive Scholar project (like... the entire project, not a paper out of it) to a new journal and they have asked for recommendations for peer reviewers. So, anyone interested? Also, how do we review something like this? What have you read about regarding these works as scholarly outputs?
