RAT -> Apache Incubator

RAT has been accepted into the Apache Incubator. I think that this
means anyone who contributed code will need to fill in a software
grant.

I am asking, because submitting the CLA meant a major hazzle to me and
I'm not keen to repeating that.

not sure - check on legal discuss

AIUI signed emails are no acceptable but again need to check on legal discuss

(my apache mail isn't working ATM - latest evolution client on longer
works with JAMES IMAP and rewriting it may take a few more days)
