to Discuss A Release Audit Tool
rat-lib is aimed at developers of tools. ATM this is just RAT with
dependencies factored out and the ant tasks removed. hope to factor out
a set of APIs which toolmakers can depend upon whilst allow the rest of
the code to be refactored. feedback welcome.
