I ordered two kingston brass faucets from this collection ,very similar, for my two bathrooms.
First, let me say that this is a quality product. Even my plumber was impressed. It looks beautiful in my bathroom.
If you order this and have a medicine cabinet be sure that that you measure because the spout and pop-up are higher than with many fixtures. I had ordered large sinks so wanted to make sure that the water spouts would project to the drain hole which they certainly do.
I couldnt be happier, but the reason I am prompted to write is to tell you of my experience with Amazon. I didnt realize until yesterday , the day before my plumber was scheduled to arrive , that this faucet was missing a small but crucial part. I called Amazon and told them the situation. Because Amazon was so quick and so thoughtful, in these days when it is usually difficult to even speak to a company representative, today I have running water and beautiful bathrooms .
