Interesting, I didn't know Google was running DoubleClick ads on their
own properties. Let me think some more about what to do in this case.
You can make the highlighted boxes go away -- bring up a context menu
on the "d" button, pick Options, then switch Highlight to Collapse or
Ignore.
I think the boxes work pretty well now and I'll shoot for better
compatibility with these and any other misaligned pages you send me,
but placing the boxes is an inexact science.
