Android Market not working

When I go to https://market.android.com (I always you https, I don't know if that matters though) while I'm signed into Google, at first it doesn't show me as signed in.  That is not much of a problem though, as all I have to do is click "Sign In" and I'm signed in automatically without having to type my name/password. However, once signed in, when I try to install an app it doesn't actually process it. It goes through the steps, and says it was a succesful installation, but it doesn't actually install on my phone. If I "Unblock Google" on the Disconnect extension, though, everything works perfectly fine.

Android Market is working fine for me.
