DiscoJuice 3.0 and reliable hosting

Dear users,

First, I must appologize for the uncertainty with regards to the future of DiscoJuice. Throughout the last few years, there have not been much development and no concrete plans for the future hosting of the service. Until now DiscoJuice has been served from a single server at UNINETT as a best effort, as a temporary solution - until we have something better.

Now, we are in the processing of setting up DiscoJuice 3.0 in a new more reliable and distributed environment. Leif J. and I are collaborating on this at the moment.

The new version of DiscoJuice will have minor improvements, so far including:

- translation into a few new languages
- slightly improved UI
- improved configuration

One major new feature is that DiscoJuice 3.0 supports four usage types:
* embedded popup integration
* standalone discovery at the service provider
* standalone discovery at the identity provider
* global discovery service
