standalone/downloadable version of discojuice?

Is there a standalone/downloadable version of the current DiscoJuice code available?
We would like to deploy a DiscoJuice discovery service that does not depend on any external servers for normal operation. I was able to download discojuice-stable.min.js idpdiscovery.js and host those locally and things mostly work, however it still generates references internally to download icons from static.discojuice.org, and storing information via store.discojuice.org.
Also, is there code available to convert a standard XML metadata file to the DiscoJuice JSON format?
