Hey guys, looks like the rain is causing the OCCRA race at Gruber to cancel. Draper got hit by a tornado and has a lot of trees down.  I'm planning on going there Sunday morning to help clean up fir a bit, anyone in for helping out?

LOL...ya, me either.  I'm going to bring the quad instead of the bike....well, maybe both in case we get some play time in :)

I talked to walt traywick who spent yesterday helping clean up out
there and he said that the grass track red trail and black were a
mess. He said that you definitely need chainsaws to get around and
that his mule got stuck a few times and that they had to use the T-rex
to pull it out so it must be pretty muddy out there. He said that
there was huge gashes in the ground around the grass track with no
sign of what done it. He had told me quite a few stories of some crazy
things he saw out there. I would like to go help out if it wasn't
raining and , oh yeah, they let the quads ride the trails I would be
cleaning up.

When doing clean up you can do the quad, I'm taking ours but under normal rides its still grass and green for quads only so I understand your frustration.

WEnt to draper friday and rode the grass track and the small green
loop using all of the short cuts because that was all that was
opened , and all I have to say is Wow , that place is busted up bad!
There was trees all over the cleaned up portion of the track still and
looked to have an unmeasurable amount of work yet to be done. I think
they should just get a dozer and take it down the trails because it
would take forever to clean them up by hand.

Ya, it's like they need to almost start over.  I'm hoping to get my suspension back and on tonight and head out there Thursday after work to test it.
