who wants to go to Dallas SX?

Dallas SX is coming up March 20th and will be at the new
stadium....who wants to go? Josh G, his dad, Garrett and I are
planning on going and think it would be a lot of fun for a lot of
guys to go down together.

How much $$ are we talking?

tickets are anywhere from $40-$55 plus pit passes....when we went 2
years ago they were $10 each....plus whatever parking is per
vehicle....

Just did some searching on Ticketmaster, tickets apparently are sold
out in the lowest 2 sections. So we'd be looking at tickets in the
3rd section off the field, and they go for $55 each plus some
convience charges. So a bit pricey. I think last year my dad and I
sat in the 2nd section near the 50 yrd line. The front row section
was roped off, maybe to avoid getting crushed by a flying 450? So the
3rd tier tickets probably wouldn't be too bad.

Last time we got our tickets from North Texas Yamaha just north of Dallas and the pit passes were $10 and we saved the TM fees.  Called them last week and they said they should be getting their tickets in mid Feb.  Just need a head count so we can all sit together.

however the guy at NTY didn't know if they were getting any pit
passes....he said they get whatever is sent to them.....

at least four of my family are plannin on goin, also have some friends who
may be goin. Read today that pit party requires an empty monster energy
drink can and a ticket to the SX. So I assume there is not pit passes this
year? Do you know how many are goin and will the yamaha place hold
tickets?(I'd hate to get down there and miss out on tickets)

hmmmm....an empty Monster can huh....may have to go rifling through the trash to find one, with Monster having to pay for both VP and Reed, full cans are getting expensive :)
