Here's a resource that we've used in some of our small groups. It's a short curriculum on how to build trust among one another. It includes practice segments. Overall, the material is very good. If we are asking our people to do discipleship in relationship, we probably need to build in some training on how to have healthy relationships. In my experience, we cannot assume people just know how to do that.

I've used this DVD training, and I think it is appropriate both for "church goers" and neighbors alike.
