Delhi based Legal Aid Cell serving with disability issue to resolve
one who's grievances with amicable settlement or otherwise by legal
battle would like to launch their KARNATAKA STATE chapter shortly, in
this regard they would like to appoint Mr.Kodakkal Shivaprasad as

has got successfully in one of the Syndicate Bank disabled employee's
transfer case at State Commissioner for Disability, Bangalore on the
following line of verdict- “WE WERE SUCCESSFUL IN GETTING THE RELEASE
OF SALARY,REGARDING THE POSTING TO SHIMOGA ,THE COMMISSIONER HAS
REPRIMANDED THAT DISABLED EMPLOYEE TO WAIT UNTIL JUNE . So above
disabled employee satisfied himself for the time being for timely
intervention by Kodakkal Shivaprasad and legal aid cell, New Delhi.
