Petrol exemption in Bangalore/Karnataka

Any one can let me know the process of getting the exemption on petrol
for my own car? (I stay in bangalore).

If you have disabilitycertificate, you can claim petrol subsidy in the
prescribed format with petrol bills by submitting that to your
nearest child development officer/disabled welfare officer for
