It's a bit of a head trip trying to figure out the time zone.

If the meeting is at 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM is in India at GMT Greenwich Mean
Time + 5:30.

So that's:

PST (Pacific) is GMT-7 = 5:30 A.M in Vancouver / LA?
EST (Eastern) is GMT-4 = 8:30 A.M in New York / Toronto?

Have I got that right?
