A document for discussion in tomorrow's meeting has been uploaded to
the wiki at: http://directtrust.wikispaces.com/DirectTrust.org+Meeting+-+November+11%2C+2011
It's an initial crosswalk of HISP selection criteria used by RIQI,
WISHIN, and Minnesota. Will be used as a starting point for
determining criteria by which DirectTrust.org will evaluate HISPs.
