Missing SFP Parameter

[Active Tester]

Hello,

 

The SFP is missing in the header of the results message, which causes the results mail to be rejected by our government smtp gateway. Is there an update as to when this may be resolved?

 

We are required to perform these tests for DirectTrust accreditation and w/o the ability to receive the results w/pass or fail result, we cannot obtain accreditation.
