I am trying to send the message to the d...@domain1.dcdt31prod.sitenv.org is not going. IS IT DOWN? . Whats the best way to see if dcdt server are up.

There was a DNS issue that has been fixed. Please try and let us know if you have any more issues.

I'm facing the same issue.
No messages are going out.

Is the server down again?

There are no issues with the DCDT and our tests worked as expected.

Thank you Srini.

When i test with DCDT 2014 anchor (dcdt30prod.sitenv.org_ca)  it is working fine for me.

But with DCDT 2015 anchor (dcdt31prod.sitenv.org_ca_root) no mails.

Am i missing anything?

Please make sure that your mail mapping is present and correct in 2015 edition, check SPAM folders, and provide the addresses (direct/mapped) for checking if you still have issues.

The logs show that the test passed but have issues sending to the mapped address.

ERROR - Unable to process SMTP server session: Connection reset by peer

not sure if there are any firewall issues, but one way to test is to change the mapped to a gmail address (and check the spam folder after the test if not found in the gmail inbox).

Hi Srini,

I configured the same report address for DCDT 2014 and i'm able to receive the mails in my inbox.
But for DCDT 2015, i'm facing this issues.

If it is a firewall issue, then i wouldn't have received mails for DCDT 2014 testcases also.  I believe issue could be something different.  Any comments?

Note:  As you have suggested, i tried with the gmail address and it works!  But i would like this working for my company emailid.
