Error on Hosting Test Page

One of our customers is receiving an error message on the 2015 Edition DCDT page within the ETT when attempting the H2 test. We are also able to reproduce this for H2 and other hosting test cases on that page.

The text of the error message is as follows:

Connect to dcdt31prod.sitenv.org:8080 [dcdt31prod.sitenv.org/54.149.150.29] failed: Connection refused (Connection refused)
