Unable search H1 and H2 hosting test cases

I am getting this error in IE and Chrome

Error 0x007

exception: Failed : HTTP error code: 503

Caused by:

Requesting: https://ett.healthit.gov:12080/ett/api/dcdt

any idea when this will be fixed?
