Filename display special characters

[Hoffmann, Dustin]

Dear Sir or Madam,

 

we are using your PHP Directory Listener  and it is very well programmend. But unfortunately  we have to use umlauts(ä,ü) in our filenames. These are displayed with an ?. Could you tell me where i have to change the charset?
