Hello Macarena,
We still need to get a bartender to serve Non-alcoholic beverages/water, even though no alcohol will be sold. The bartender fee is $100. The total fee for the room rental and bartender fee will be $600.00 for that night. We require the room fee check 7 days prior the event day ($500). The bartender fee can be paid the day of the event.
Since you didn’t confirm before, the room still not reserved for your event. Please confirm that you want to go forward with the room reservation and the $500.00 fee is due on Tuesday April 22nd by check.

It was great to meet you on Saturday! I spoke with the board of my organization and these are some of the things that we would like to find out the price of:
- Space rental from 10pm to 1am on Tuesday, April 29th
- What would the procedure for getting alcohol be? How much would it cost to have a bartender + a tap?
- What are our food options?
- Do the bouncers have costs? We finally agreed to have a guest list instead of tickets.
