Job Title: Oracle Talent & Learning Functional Consultant
Location: Remote
Travel: On Need basis to St. Louis, MO
Duration: 4+ months
Visa: H1B, H4 EAD, USC, GC EAD

Project Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Talent & Learning Functional Consultant to support an ongoing Oracle HCM implementation. The ideal candidate should have strong functional expertise in Oracle Talent Management, with secondary exposure to Oracle Learning.
Key Requirements
- Strong functional consulting experience in Oracle Talent Management (primary focus).
- Working knowledge of Oracle Learning (secondary focus).
- Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and serve as a client-facing consultant.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Current Project Phase
The design and build phases have been completed. The consultant will primarily support:
- System Testing
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Cutover Planning and Execution
- Go-Live Support
- Post-Go-Live stabilization as needed
