Position Description • Provide support as a Team Lead and as a
ServiceNow Senior Developer.
* Analyze the customer requirements and develop a
solution architecture that addresses the technical,
management, maximizes automation, and provides
operational reporting aspects of the proposal.
* Lead the development of solution artifacts, such as
road maps, optimization of operations, architecture
and/or block diagrams with a view outside of User
Story requirements.
* Provide support in building prototypes and lead
technical reviews and discussions of defined
requirements.
* Provide support and mentor ServiceNow
Developers.
Detailed Skills Requirements FOUNDATION FOR SUCCESS (Basic Qualifications)
* Bachelor's and 7 years of experience, Master's and 5
years of experience or 11+ in lieu of a degree
* 8+ years of experience as ServiceNow developer
* Excellent technical leadership skills and initiative to
take on additional responsibilities.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills to
deliver technical solutions simply and succinctly
Sensitivity Label: Public
* Experience with the US Federal Government
* Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.
Contract requirement.
* Selected candidate must be willing to work on-site in
Woodlawn, MD 5 days a week.

* 8+ years of experience with developing ServiceNow
solutions across various platform applications, such
as ITSM, ITOM (HAM and SAM), ITBM, CSM, SecOps,
GRC, HR
* 5+ years of experience with technical discussions
and reviews.
* Experience across numerous parts of the
ServiceNow platform and experience with
commonly integrated third-party technologies.
* 5+ years of experience in developing system
architecture, design principles, and impacts.
* 5+ years of experience supporting IT related data
integrity (CMDB, HAM, SAM etc.)
* 5+ years of Industry experience (e.g. Financial
Services, Healthcare, High Tech, Manufacturing,
Retail, etc.)
* 5+ years of technical leadership experience driving
change/solutions.

o Certified System Administrator (baseline)

protocols
* Experience with Business Rules, Workflow,

including ITSM, HAM, SAM, ITBM, CSM, SecOps,
GRC, TRM/APM or HR
* Project Management or Agile certification
