job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java, React, and AWS, along with proven experience in the Insurance domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable, cloud-native applications that support insurance business processes such as policy administration, claims, and underwriting.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable applications using Java (Spring Boot) and React.js
• Build and consume RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Develop responsive UI components and ensure cross-browser compatibility
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS cloud platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and DevOps
• Work on insurance workflows such as Policy Administration, Claims, Billing, and Underwriting
• Ensure application performance, security, and scalability
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and CI/CD processes
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues

 

Required Skills

Backend

• Strong experience in Java 8/11/17
• Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Microservices
• Experience with REST APIs and API security (OAuth2, JWT)

Frontend

• Strong hands-on experience with React.js
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
• Experience with state management (Redux / Context API)

Cloud & DevOps

• Hands-on experience with AWS services such as:
• EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, DynamoDB
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)
• Familiarity with Docker & Kubernetes is a plus

Database

• Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle)
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases is a plus

 

Insurance Domain Experience (Mandatory)

• Strong understanding of:
• Policy Administration Systems
• Claims Processing
• Underwriting workflows
• Experience working with insurance standards and integrations
• Exposure to platforms like Guidewire, Duck Creek, or similar is a plus
