Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React.js, Node.js/Java (Spring Boot), and Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building scalable web applications, developing APIs, and integrating AI capabilities into enterprise applications.
This role requires a solid understanding of modern development practices, cloud-native architecture, and CI/CD pipelines, along with experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Key Responsibilities
· Design and develop modern, scalable web applications using React.js for frontend and Node.js / Java (Spring Boot) for backend
· Build, maintain, and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
· Deploy and manage applications on Microsoft Azure (App Services, Functions, Storage, Azure AD)
· Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins
· Integrate AI capabilities (AI Builder / AI services / copilots) into applications
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments
· Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and retrospectives
· Ensure application performance, scalability, and security compliance
· Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
Required Skills & Experience
· Core Development
· 5+ years of overall IT experience in application development and delivery
· 5+ years of hands-on experience in:
· React.js for frontend development
· Node.js and/or Java (Spring Boot) for backend services
· Strong experience in building and consuming REST APIs
· Solid understanding of software design principles, coding standards, and best practices

· React.js – Expert level
· HTML5, CSS3 – Expert level
· JavaScript / TypeScript – Expert level

· Node.js – Advanced
· Java (Spring Boot) – Advanced

· 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure (App Services, Functions, Storage, Azure AD)
· Experience in CI/CD pipeline implementation using:

· Jenkins
· Strong experience with Git / Version Control systems
· AI & Modern Development
· Experience with AI Builder / AI-assisted development (high-level usage)
· Exposure to AI integration or copilots within applications
· Architecture & Tools
· Experience in microservices architecture
· Experience with Power Platform / low-code tools
· Knowledge of cloud security and compliance practices
· Methodologies
· Proven experience working in Agile / Scrum frameworks
· Domain Experience
· Experience in Healthcare or enterprise applications is a plus
